Draper and Kramer is one of the countries most highly regarded property and financial services companies. They recently relocated their headquarters to a beautiful new space at 55 E. Monroe.
CBRE, Gensler and Interior Investments teamed up to ensure a smooth transition for Draper and Kramer's move. By using a mix of MillerKnoll, Geiger and various other ancillary manufacturers, we were able to provide them with a beautiful and functional office that features tons of natural light, rich wood detailing and open space. The new 30,000 sq ft headquarters features a migration from a custom high panel work station environment to a more open functional space with user adjustable work surfaces.
The project specifications also required Interior Investments to help decommission the existing furniture. Leveraging our local partners, Interior Investments was able to find new use for the pieces at local charities and governmental agencies without budgets. Only one dumpster was required for the entire contents of the prior space.
