Our installation services don’t just start when product is delivered. We plan the installation, prepare the site, and disassemble and remove any existing furniture. If desired, we’ll move existing furniture and reinstall it in a new location.
Interior Investments installers are in-house union installers that utilize our own proprietary installation system called IIPS. The Interior Investments Production System (IIPS) is a waste reduction initiative based on the lean manufacturing, JIT philosophies established by Taiichi Ohno at Toyota.
This lean system allows for reduced bottlenecks, accidents and waste on site. It also allows us to go above and beyond the industry standard of installing 150 workstations per week, to install almost 400 per week. Take a look at how we do it:
